I paid a lot of money for a 3 seater leather recliner and a leather recliner chair 14 months ago, In the past few months I noticed one end of the 3 seater considerably dropping at the seat end / arm rest . A gentleman from DFS came out and viewed it last week and said we should have a cushion on the arm and maybe one between the arm and where we sit as they often drop otherwise??? They refuse to do anything about it so the next time I have to buy sofas I won’t be going to DFS and I will be encouraging friends and family to do the same. A 2 year warranty clearly isn’t worth the paper it’s written on in DFS eyes . There are only 2 of us in the house and we both work not they don’t get lots of use either . Please be aware everybody Thanks Kevin

Honestly don't bother! Once your items are delivered no one cares if they are broken and every time you phone you wait for at least half an hour only to be promised a call back that never happens! If you order anything other than sofas, this is outsourced to another supplier that doesn't even answer the phone to customers or DFS. The products are poorly made and not worth the money!

Good and helpful agent on the phone answering my questions

The lady who served me was lovely. Extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. She was not pushy at all. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

When I went into store today I had already researched what I wanted and I was helped by the member of staff to check through my options and process the order it was smooth fast and I was given advice and cost options, great service thanks

Excellent sales experience, couldn't fault it and 5 stars for our salesman Luke, but bit naughty of dfs to ask us to rate them before we have actually received the product. Take the review with a pinch of salt.

Great customer service! Despite the wait outside in the cold due to Covid the experience inside the shop was warm but focused!

Unfortunately, I found my in store experience in Colchester disappointing as I was ignored and advised to purchase online if I was serious. then purchased online and was told that if I was accepted for interest free credit, I would receive something in the post in 3 working days for signature, despite ticking e-sign. After 4 working days, I tracked my order and it stated awaiting e-sign, with no emails received or arrived in spam or junk, so rang customer service who was very abrupt stating they would re-post but i should have e-signed. I stressed I had not received emailed or posted docs and she said they could not be re-emailed but now had to be posted, yet another week to add to the delivery time. I would cancel but did like the product in store- let's hope it's as good when delivered!

A good experience got what we needed just a bit disappointed with the delivery charge and added extras of which some should have been in with the price

all good with no faults. simple explanation of the details etc

Had to wait a while for someone to deal with me but was efficient and courteous.
